Refund and Cancellation Policy

Right Care Charitable Trust values your contribution and works hard to ensure transparency and accountability. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Donations

Donations made to Right Care Charitable Trust are voluntary and non-refundable. We encourage donors to ensure the accuracy of all details before making a donation.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions due to technical errors.
• Incorrect donation amount due to clerical errors.

All refund requests must be made within 7 working days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at rightcarecharitabletrust@gmail.com with the following details:

• Transaction ID
• Date of donation
• Reason for refund

After approval, refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

As donations are voluntary contributions, cancellations do not apply once payments have been processed. However, in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, please contact us for resolution.
